Hi there!  I always have so much fun with these blog hops!  Especially when it is a Close to My Heart blog hop since I LOVE their products.  Anyway, here is what I can up with when creating with the Later Sk8r paper pack.  Enjoy!  :)

Supplies I used:

Later Sk8r Paper Pack
Perfect Fit Birthdays Stamp Set
Art Philosophy Cricut Cart
Inks - Outdoor Denim and Slate
Frightful Affair Cricut Cart
Tim Holtz Gears embossing folder
4 mini silver brads

To make this card I cut my paper for the base of the card.  I dry embossed the green piece, sanded it, and then gently went over the sanded areas with the outdoor blue ink on a sponge dauber.  Next I cut the white square from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge and then cut the skull from my Frightful Affair Cricut cartridge.  From there I stamped the perfect birthday stamps, attached that to the gray square, and then attached the brads in the corners.  Next I put the pieces of the skull together.  I then adhered both the skull and birthday stamped piece with foam 3d adhesives.  And there you go!  :)

The next blog on the list is Lilian Yeh at http://theleafstudio.blogspot.com/2013/05/damask-divas-blog-hop-later-sk8r.html

My Cricut Craft Room - Wow Wedding Blog Hop

Welcome to Amanda's Creative Corner

My Cricut Craft Room Wedding 100 Cricut Cartridge Blog Hop

You should have started at http://mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com/ if not please start at the beginning.  :)
These blog hops are so much fun so lets go!  Here is a wedding card I came up with using the Tie the Knot Cartridge.

The Supply List:
Tie the Knot Cricut cartridge
Slate color Close to My Heart Ink and cardstock
Pink Bazzill cardstock
Rhinestone Trios (small ones in the corners)
  Rhinestone sticker (on heart)
Doodle Bug Design off white glitter cardstock
Close to My Heart Caprice paper (blue piece)

For this card I cut the Just Married out of the slate cardstock and cut the flourish with the heart out of pink.  I decided to cut the pink flourish pieces off (having the slate flourish pieces would show) so the heart stands out a bit more.  I cut the off white glitter cardstock and blue patterned paper and adhered them.  I then attached the bling.  For the finishing touch I inked the edges with slate colored ink.

Scrapbook Kit Challenge Accepted! :)

Hi all!  I was checking out scrapbooking challenges and ran across the one that Lisa is having at My Creative Endeavors  She is challenging everyone to go through their scrapbook stash and make a their own page kit.  When I read this I thought... now this is a challenge I'm definitely up for!

Here is what the kit is to consist of:
8 patterned papers
5 pieces of cardstock
2 alphabets
4-10 flowers
2-3 sets of stickers
bling
3 miscellaneous embellishments

So I went through my stash and this is what I came up with.

Here is a closer look at the alphabets and embellishments I choose.

I had sooo much fun with this challenge. I put together a mixture of goodies in my kit, some newer items and some being very old.  Like the old school green punch out alphas, I had forgotten I even had those! :)  The type of brads in the kit are 4 white glitter brads, 2 pink gem brads, and 10 mini brads.

Well thanks for stopping by and taking a look  I want to say have fun and good luck to any of you out there who are also participating in the challenge!

Princess Rocker Card

Hi all and welcome to my blog!  I plan for my blog to be centered around my creative endeavors.  My creative endeavors include: being a Close to My Heart Consultant and my Esty shop Love Manifested at http://www.etsy.com/shop/LoveManifested   I hope you enjoy my entries.  If at  any time you would like clarification on my projects, techniques, would like to place an order, or hold a workshop feel free to email me at LoveManifested22@yahoo.com   Also I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to do custom card orders so feel free to contact me regarding that as well.

Now let’s get started on this cute card.  This card is one I made for a recent custom order.  The request was for a Princess Rocker birthday card.  The main elements on this card are the little guitar and the bling skull and cross bones.  The bling skull and cross bones are two separate MAMBI stickers (easy enough).  The guitar is a paper piecing that comes already loaded on the Cricut Expressions 2 (you don’t even need a special cartridge – yay!).  I opted to use a piece of glitter card stock I had from one of my Close to My Heart paper packs (the Who’s Who to be precise) for the guitar face.  On the neck of the guitar where the fret marks are I decided to put some gem stickers to give it extra sparkle (after all this is Princess Rocker!).  I then added a few more gem stickers to make it pop.

Happy crafting all!  XOXO
:) Amanda
